The communication, delivery speed, and the product itself were quite impressive. But, we were fortunate to be home when the package showed up. The company mentioned that the driver would ring us an hour prior to the drop-off, but that didn’t happen. We did get an email from the courier allowing us to track the delivery, but sadly, we never got the 16-digit number we needed.

So, here's the deal. A vanity unit and a toilet showed up on a palette that was about the size of a small car. The delivery guys wouldn’t take any of the packaging with them and didn’t lend a hand to get it up to my flat on the first floor (I was on my own at that moment). Now I've got this wooden mess that I can't get rid of, which means I’ll have to shell out some cash to dispose of it. There was no heads-up before delivery; we were just lucky one of us was home. When I called the company, the person on the other end was pretty much no help at all. Overall, it was a poor experience. I definitely wouldn’t suggest using this company unless you live in a house with a driveway.
